Natural Integrity

Snug homes specialise in creating innovative, adaptable, flexible and multi-award winning properties. They’re made with quality natural materials and are highly energy efficient.

Company Director Alex Dutton's passion is to create carbon positive homes that benefit people & the planet.

"We enable people to create a quality home that you love, which has a positive impact on the environment and your health."

Forest Road is a 1 bedroom property, installed in the back garden of an end of terrace Victorian house, making good use of an underused plot and an example of how to successfully add homes and life to the backland areas found within lower density urban neighbourhoods.

The home is powered by solar panels on the roof and a solar-assisted heat pump provides hot water. Triple glazing and recycled newspaper and denim insulation keep the home warm and it scores 98 out of 100 on its energy rating.

Scene continue to work with the Alex and the team at Snug.

"Scene windows are our go to window supplier. It’s hard to beat the combination of quality product, knowledge and competitive pricing."

"Their professional service is impeccable and second to none and to round it off, they're a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to our next projects together!"
